Tyler Simmons is a Northern Virginia native and graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia who is dedicated to assisting his clients navigate their way through the real estate process. Having lived throughout the northern and central regions of Virginia for the majority of his life, as well as previously being a sworn law enforcement officer with the Prince William County Police Department, he is highly knowledgeable of the Northern Virginia and Central Virginia areas and surrounding communities. Additionally, he is the Managing Broker for the central and eastern regions of Virginia for Samson Properties, covering the Greater Richmond Metropolitan area to Hampton Roads.

Tyler is a recurring member of the Northern Virginia Top Producer's Club, a Samson Properties Platinum Club Member, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, a Certified Real Estate Negotiator, and a member of the Richmond Association of REALTORS® Grievance Committee.

 

Outside of real estate, Tyler is a proud business partner of Waveland Oyster Company who enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with family. He is very detail oriented, thorough and determined in exceeding his client’s needs and expectations.
